Questions riders actually ask

Which fit should I book?

If the bike is new or you just want the basics dialed, Essential. If you have pain, numbness, or you're riding more than five hours a week, Performance. If it has aerobars, Aero / TT. Still unsure? Use the contact form and describe your riding — we'll tell you honestly, even if the answer is the cheapest tier.

What should I bring?

Your bike, your cycling shoes, and the kit you actually ride in — the same shorts you'd wear on a long ride. If you use insoles, bring them. We provide the trainer, the tools, and everything else.

How long does a fit take?

Essential runs about 90 minutes, Performance about two and a half hours, Aero / TT up to three. We book one rider at a time, so your session never gets cut short because someone is waiting.

Will I need to buy new parts?

Usually not. Most fits are solved with position changes to what you already own. When a part genuinely limits the fit, we tell you the spec and you buy it wherever you like. We don't sell parts, so the recommendation has no margin behind it.

Do you fit TT and triathlon bikes?

Yes — it's half the studio's work. The Aero / TT Fit covers extensions, pad stack and width, and saddle position, tested against power you can actually sustain. We fit to UCI rules or triathlon rules depending on what you race.

What if something feels off after the fit?

Performance and Aero / TT fits include a free recheck within 30 days. Ride at least 500 km first if you can — positions need adaptation time — then come back and we'll fine-tune.
