Terms & Conditions

Bookings. A fit is a fixed time slot, paid online at booking. One rider per slot.

Rescheduling. Reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your slot — call or email. Inside 48 hours we'll do our best to refill the slot; if we can't, the session is charged.

Rechecks. Performance and Aero / TT fits include one free follow-up within 30 days of the original session.

Scope. A bike fit is positioning work, not medical treatment. Persistent pain deserves a physio or doctor — we'll tell you when we think that's the case.
